Travel diary: February - May

(Over)packing.

Goodbye to the fam

Layover in New York!

I made the most of my 10 brief hours.

Loved it, can't wait to go back one day.

First view of France

Parmain/L'Isle Adam for 6 weeks that felt like much, much longer.

A few days here and there in beautiful Paris.

Followed by 9 days in Munich. Yet another city I fell madly in love with.

Good books...

...good food...

...yeah, lots of good food.

Before returning to France and heading south to St. Hippolyte du Fort where I have found:

An incredible community

And...

...beauty...

...everywhere...

...I...

...look.

Long story short: life is good, I am happy and I have seen places I never would have planned! Can't wait to see where God takes me as the Summer unfolds.

The streets of Munich

Not sure exactly what it is, just that you're supposed to rub it for luck.

Not mine, but I figured you can't spend time in Germany and not at least take a picture of a beer!

The adventures continue

Leaving Parmain for the last time.

Leaving Paris. Not for the last time though. Paris and I are not yet through.

Soundtrack for my train ride. One guess where I'm going!

Hello Munich!

Spring in Parmain

Yet another day in Paris

Notre Dame

Pont des Arts

Book stalls along the Siene.

Shakespeare and Co.

Sunshine, beautiful sunshine.

Delicious temptations.

The beautiful Tour Eiffel all lit up. A wonderful end to the day.

An afternoon in the Luxembourg Gardens

Sailboats on the fountain.

Coffee ice cream from a street vendor.

Wodehouse in the sunshine.

A sunny afternoon in Paris in early March promises crowds.

A variety of strangers filled the park.

It was a wonderful time and place to people watch.

Everyone from couples to students to families with little children rubbed shoulders along the broad paths.
